12 July 2016-Meimei is sick again, slight running nose

Haiz, meimei is sick again.  She has abit of running nose so we brought her to Yu Guo  for Tuina today.  Hopefully it will stop the running nose from getting worse.  Tuina+chinese med in powder form+the medicine pack to wrap at her tummy area.

07 Jun 2016-Meimei sick for the 1st time

Meimei is sick for the 1st time on 01 jun. Flu and cough. Bring her to Lee clinic and took the med for 2 days  but still did not see any improvement.  Theres really alot of phlegm in her lungs and she has difficulty drinking milk. Her milk intake from 130ml dropped to ard 40ml. Drink halfway cry cry, see her like that really heartpain. So we bring her to yuguo for tuina and put the 药包, she really did get better. The doc say have to go back for 3days tuina...after the 3rd day she is really much better.

Meimei has been on almost full fm since last week.  I don't have anymore fbm for meimei to bring to ifc anymore.....the ebm that I pump everytime is not enough for her 1feed, I am really sad that my supply has gone down so much, but at the same time I am free from blocked ducts and mastitis, don't know to be happy or sad.  One more month to my 6 month target and I guess I might give up before reaching that...  I am still left with about 20 packets of fbm which is dated June 16.

My menses came back! Today is the first day.

28 May 16-Meimei sttn for the first time today

Meimei turns 4mth old today. How fast time flies, she's growing up way too fast! Today she also sttn for the first time, her last feed was ard 10.30pm and she woke up only at 6am for milk feed :)

Today is also the first time that we witness meimei flipped! She is so cute when flipping :)

Caylene is 4mth old today-28 May 16

How time flies, today marks the 4th mth of caylene in this world. Also 1mth in ifc.

Day 21 post partum

Lochia finally stopped 2 days ago. Feeling abit different this time as the wound below healed much faster and lochia also stopped earlier
